The pen format
This is where SerenQ does things differently. Instead of a lyophilised powder that has to be reconstituted, BPC-157 arrives as a solution already loaded into a graduated injection pen with a dial and a dose window.
- 10mg of BPC-157 per pen, in solution and ready to use
- 1 unit = 50mcg. 10 units on the dial gives 500mcg
- 200 units in total , which works out at 20 full 500mcg draws per pen
- Dial and dose window let you set the exact amount and read it back before dispensing
- 4 screw on pen tips supplied, individually sealed, 32G 0.23 x 4mm
- Protective cap, clip and a rigid retail carton for storage and transport
- Batch number, expiry and serial printed directly on the pen barrel, not just the box
Handling and storage
- Store refrigerated at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze
- Keep in the outer carton, away from direct light
- Short periods at room temperature during transit are expected and normal
- Use a fresh sealed tip for each dispense and dispose of tips in a sharps container
- Expiry 12/2027 on sealed, correctly stored stock
- Keep out of reach of children and animals
What is in the box
- 1 × SerenQ BPC-157 10mg pre-filled injection pen
- 4 × sealed pen tips, 32G 0.23 x 4mm
- Serialised, QR coded retail carton
Choosing between BPC-157, TB500 and the Heal pen
BPC-157 and TB500 are almost always discussed together, and people often assume they are alternatives. They are not. BPC-157’s research centres on gastrointestinal tissue and on angiogenesis at the site of an injury; TB500 acts on actin regulation, which governs how repairing cells migrate to where they are needed. Different routes to the same goal, which is precisely why they get run as a pair.
If you want one compound and the interest is gut-related, BPC-157 alone is the sensible pick, that is where its evidence is strongest. If the interest is a tendon or ligament, most people run both.
The Heal pen is that pairing pre-combined in one cartridge. The advantage is that the ratio is fixed at the factory rather than drifting as one pen runs low; the cost is that you cannot raise one without raising the other.
