The pen format

This is where SerenQ does things differently. Instead of two lyophilised vials that have to be reconstituted and drawn up separately, both compounds arrive pre-blended in solution, already loaded into a graduated injection pen with a dial and a dose window. The ratio is fixed, so every dial setting gives the same even split.

Heal, or the two compounds separately?

Heal combines the two repair peptides that are run together most often, in one cartridge at a ratio set when it was filled. One dial press delivers both, in proportion, every time.

That matters more than convenience. Running BPC-157 and TB500 as separate pens means two dials, two schedules and two remaining volumes, and the ratio between them drifts the moment one runs low or one gets skipped. A blend makes that drift structurally impossible.

The trade-off is control. With separate pens you can raise one and hold the other, or stop one to find out which is responsible for an effect. With a blend you cannot. Heal suits someone running a conventional pairing; separate pens suit someone who wants to tune it.

One arithmetic note: the 10mg on the label covers everything in the cartridge, split between both compounds. Comparing that figure against a single-compound pen is not like-for-like.
